You can place your order using Netscape's SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) or you can telephone, fax or email your card information to us.

However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.

Returns - 30 day unconditional money-back guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction with all Those Were The Days! merchandise. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
 
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
 
Inventory Information Our New Book Inventory shows current availability information. This information, appears in your Shopping Cart. It can be used to estimate the likelihood that a title will be shipped immediately after you place your order.

We cannot guarantee that a title listed as "In stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In some cases, a title may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed.
 
Backorders
(out of stock items)		 Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from our suppliers. In some cases, we are researching or waiting for stock information from one or more of our suppliers.

Those Were The Days! will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If we haven't been able to locate and ship the item(s) to you in 30 days, an order status email will be sent to you.

If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order, notify you immediately via email, and delete the item from our catalog.

Note: We will never charge your credit card until the item ships. Your credit card needs no adjustment upon order cancellation.
